Answer - Because there was clumping of blood after adding antisera to each well.

Explanation

The serological test is performed to determine the blood group and its respective allele. To determine the blood group, the blood is collected from the patient and anti-sera of A and B are added in respective wells. If clumping observed than the individual has that blood group. If clumping observed in A antisera then the blood group is A and it is same for B. if no clumping observed then it is O group. Father 3 is dominant of allele A, B and Rh because it showed clumping of blood after adding antisera A, B and Rh. Hence the dominant allele is A, B and Rh.

Option 2 is not correct because if there is not clumping then it indicates that blood doesn't contain A or B antigen and hence A and B are not dominant allele.

Option 3 is not correct because allele that Andrea has is not only determined by the father but also by the mother.

Option 4 is not correct because if none of the other father has doesn't mean that father 3 should have dominant alleles.
