The answer is A. Four beta (HbH) and four gamma (Hb Barts).

In alha thalassemia the production of alpha chains of globin protein is reduced. Due to the reduced production of alpha subunit, beta chains will be produced in excess amount in adults and gamma chains in new borns. The excess beta chain from the unstable tetramer is called as HbH and from the gamma chain is called as Hb Barts.
