Substrate concentration has become rate limiting in Experiment 2(and after) the green X.

The graph represents enzyme kinetics graph. The plateau of the graph occurs after a certain period of time because all the available enzyme molecule are saturated with the available substrate molecule and attained Vmax. After that point, even if more substrate molecules are added, no further increase of reaction rate will occur as no free enzymes are available. Hence, substrate concentration turns out to be the limiting factor.
