Some people in US has mental illness has a stigma .It negatively affects the people. It creates shame, fear and silence that makes lonely from the people and also prevents many people from help and treatment. It makes turn against themselves. These stigma arises only bacause of some lack of education, awareness, and perception. The only way to reduce their illness are on their hands. The autonomy clash with beneficience always leads to distress. It always ends up with patients disagreement. The treatments feel overprotective of patients eventhoug they feel unsafe. The responsibility of a physician includes the respect of patients values and also evauate the impact of medical interventions. To behave and understand closely with the patient eventhough we have a feeling of their wrong decisions.By respecting their belief dignity we can provide a better support
