Instagrams BMH seems to incorporate making most of their revenues through using online advertising throughout their social media platform. They are engaging with customers based on what they are clicking on while looking through social media to help guide them in the way that they are thinking based upon their actions on instagram. They have a very high rate of execution and are speedy to understand what the customers are in need of by keeping this as simple as possible. Pivoting is something that they take seriously in being able to pivot around some of the negatives that they find in the company and expressing the solutions amongst the customers needs. Some of the first parts of the problems with customers were the posting of just pictures and how they can make this more memorable for the customers. One of the first things that they did amongst the action of pivoting was being able to post and picture and check into a place where they are at. This will help keep more engagement to others that are in the application and help them connect with others in the same area to find where they can have more fun during their experience of where they are at.
They should really consider what the problem is about the customer and how they can care for them because it helps to keep a more simple process of how they can reach out to more consumers. The first part of instagram that helped them reach others was to create a way to make a picture have better quality with their filters and help customers have a better experience of posting their pictures to others. They moved from trying to be a company that was solving the product/market fit of how their app looked compared to others. To find a way to be able to solve more solutions and problems that created their app to go up to over 10 million subscribers in the first year that they released the app.

All we can infer from this discussion is that the business model used by Instagram is very good and other companies should learn from them.

Instagram has used pivoting in previous times and this has helped them grow much more than they had if they didn't change according to the times. All the main problems which were encountered by the company have been tackled very professionally and this has made the app more useful and fun for the users which ultimately resulted in more consumers for the app. More consumer means more revenue as we can generate extra advertisement income as our population base grows.

The focus of any company should be the end-user i.e. customer and as long as they keep care of their customers/users, they will succeed. The discussion which we saw above clearly proves it.
