Answer #1

The natural selection deals with the survival of the fittest, adaptation, differential survival and reproduction of individuals. The natural selection have shown that individuals who are fit are only able to survive in the population. In the present technological society the human is exempt from all the natural selection as the technology has made humans more capable of surviving in the society even if the individual is not fit. Also the adaptation of the individual in the present society also does not play any role as less adapted humans are able to live. Environmental factors both abiotic and biotic factors play a role in the natural selection but in the today's technological society the environmental factors has no effect as the humans do not interact with environment.

For example, in the natural selection the population number is checked by the predators which is not happening in the present technological world due to which the population is rapidly growing. In a population the natural selection removes the unfavorable genes which might cause the extinction of a species but in the present scenario this cannot be done as humans have evolved alternate stratergies to counteract this phenomenon.
