As we know that Peloton is an American exercise equipment and media company so the primary challenge this company is facing from strategic point of view is that after doing business in US for 8 years, Company needs to grow its business. Company is facing challenge to decide which method will be best to expand its current business operations and customer base.

For this situation, i would recommend Peloton to enter into international market like Other countries UK, Canda and start its business operations there as well. They can start their exercise classes to target UK and Canadian customers.

second, recommendation will be doing strategic alliances with famous excercise and gym companies in other countries to use thier customer base and reputation and grow their business.
