H1: \tiny p \ne \mathbf{0.52}

So, first two brackets will take value 0.52

b) for 0.02 and two tailed test z = 2.33, -2.33

So, Reject H0 if z > 2.33 or z < -2.33

c) \tiny z=\frac{\hat{p}-p}{\sqrt{\frac{p*q}{n}}}=\frac{\frac{480}{1002}-0.52}{\sqrt{\frac{0.52*0.48}{1002}}}\approx -2.6

Hence, value of test statistic = -2.6

d) Reject H0. There is sufficient evidence to indicate that the results has changed.
