7. Quality Control: A sugar manufacturer called Redpath imports sugar cane, so the entire manufacturing process takes place at the factory. After the production process is over, sales and distribution processes are also conducted within all companies. All manufacturing and distribution processes are maintained by testing every moment. The manager who conducted the tour was very proud of the control once every two hours. It is said that the production process and the distribution process have different test processes, and the main quality control test is performed in the production process. The color, content, density, etc. of sugar are checked every process to ensure that they are well managed and that production is in progress. They also offer an unlimited amount of training on this task and always work to ensure that their work is not disrupted. They maintain production and distribution activities by observing appropriate quality control for each process.

Plant Maintenance Policy: The Redpath introduced by the manager is identical to all other sugar companies in terms of ingredients, recipes, ingredients, and distribution values, but the only condition that can shine in these conditions is efficiency. The only condition that made the difference from other sugar companies in all the same conditions was to maximize efficiency. Manager Redpath has an engineer with a solution to all problems in production and distribution. When a problem occurs in one process, all processes cannot be stopped, so there is a system for solving and evaluating the problem. Simultaneously with the problem, engineers solve the problem so as not to damage other processes. In addition, it is produced in compliance with Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS).GRAS is one of the standards for food safety, which is followed by all grocery companies. Redpath also produces and distributes sugar in line with this standard.
