Answer #1

ANSWER :

The concentration of solutes in the blood would increase when excessive loss of water occurs through urine, and in response to maintain normal levels of blood plasma osmolarity, antidiuretic hormone (ADH) released from the posterior lobe of pituitary gland which increase the reabsorption of water in the distal convulated tubule (DCT) and collecting duct of the kidney nephrons. Hence option (b) is the correct answer.
