1) One can use the touch mode by clicking on the Touch Mode option for quick access of the toolbar.

Alternatively one can tap the customized quick access bar and under popular command, one can tap on the touch mode/touch/mouse mode and tap on the Add button.

It is a great initiative for easy access and removing the time consumed by clicking a mouse.

2) Some of the project options are project name, project title, creating tables, alignment, creating a power point presentation etc.

3) To create a task in MS Project 2016 below are a few steps:

a) Inserting a task between the existing task

b) Adding a task to a network diagram

c) Add multiple tasks at a time

Click on the task option from the task menu, Task name would be listed below.

4) Opening the project and closing project can simply be done by clicking the task option in the task menu.
