Top one as 5

And on right side as 6,7,8

1. Right coronary artery

2. Right atrium

3. Pulmonary artery

4. Pulmonary vein

5. Ascending aorta

6. Right ventricle

7. Left coronary artery

8. Descending aorta

It is the transverse CT section of the thorax at the level of sixth thoracic vertebrae

Here the left heart chambers are not visualised completely and shows both the ascending and descending aorta along with the pulmonary vasculature
