A). Hospital Administration:- should not be considered for the surplus of a non-for-profit hospital, as the benefits are ment for the patients rather than administration.

B). Physicians:- should be considered for the surplus of a non-for-profit hospital because they are the person's to perform the major roles in dealing the patients effectively.

C). Patients:- should be considered for the surplus of a non-for-profit hospital, because they are the persons for whom the hospital is facilitated and designed to benift them in fixing their health issues effectively.
