Answer : Job of a manager is very crucial in an organization. Manager perform various jobs together such as leader, motivator, planner and co-ordinator. He act as a leader in an organization who guides the employee for achiving organisation goals . He act as planner who plan for the future goals of an organization. He act as co-ordinator which co-ordinate work in order to achieve objective.

Functions of a manager are that the manager is planning the goals of the organization, provide system to their subordinate about how to achieve organisation goals in systematic and logical manner.After completion of task prepare a systematic analysis about the goals achived by an organization. Motivate the employee for achiving organisation goals, co-ordination of human ,capital resources in systematic and logical manner.

Skills of a manager are that conceptual skills means ability to formulate ideas and related to intellectual. Interpersonal skills which help to work, maintain and motivate others . Techincial skills such as manager ability to used tools and procedures. political skill means that formulated higher power base .
