1. Yes, allele frequency change over time . This change is called as genetic drift and it occurs due to addition or loss of alleles from the gene pool or when new mutations have been introduced over time.

2. Based on the environmental conditions they are living in, one of the allele may disappear at different times if not getting favorable conditions.

3. on observing the allele frequency of both the alleles - G and g it is clear that allele G is better selected by nature and hence its frequency increases as the generation passes. on the other hand, allele g is not favored by natural selection and and is less favored as compared to allele G and hence its frequency decrease over generations.

4. shaking the bag of beans stimulate the random distribution of beans in the bag that is in context of alleles randomly distributing 2 types of alleles in an area/population.

5. always two beans are removed from the bag because 2 beans represent 2 alleles and alleles always occur in pairs.

6. Natural selection is one of the factor which bring a change in allele frequency because in the process of natural selection one of the allele is favored more than the other one and its frequency is increased while the other’s is decreased.
