1. If a plate with no zones in antibiotic sensitivity test indicates that the bacteria became resistant to antibiotics. The patient possess bacteria which will not be killed by any antibiotic. No antibiotic would work to decrease the illness in his body. This kind of bacteia are called superbugs. Because of the regular exposure to antibiotics the bacteria developed resistance. If such kind of bacteria contaminates another then the bacteria becomes ubiquitous in nature. The spread of bacteria should be stopped as it became resistant to all antibiotics available. Ex: As the usage of antibiotics is more frequent in hospitals a bacterium called acenitobacterium boumanii became multidrug reistant .
