Q7) protein has four types of structures they are primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary.

Primary structure:- It is the order or sequence in which amino acids are linked to each other to form a protein, or in other words it is the sequence of amino acids found in a polypeptide chain or protein.

Secondary structure – it is the coiling or folding of a polypeptide chain, there are two types of secondary structures these are alpha helix structure and beta pleated sheet structure. Alpha helix structure is a coiled spring like structure and is formed by the hydrogen bonding in the polypeptide chain and beta pleated sheet is a folded or pleated structure which is formed by hydrogen bonding between the polypeptide units of folded chain, which are present near to each other. In this structure R group of amino acid is not included.

Tertiary structure:- It is the three dimensional structure of a polypeptide chain of a protein. It takes place due to the R group of amino acids which form the protein. There are many types of bonds or forces like hydrogen bond, hydrophobic interaction, ionic bond, disulphide bond helps in formation of tertiary structure.

Quaternary structure:- it is the structure of protein which is formed by the interaction between many polypeptide chains, each polypeptide chain is called as a subunit, weak forces like hydrogen bonding and London dispersion forces helps in attaching the subunits together to form the quaternary structure. Haemoglobin is an example of quaternary structure.

So the answer of question 7 is option-D, that is quaternary structure.
