I understand that a gel would help visualize the pieces. I also understand that enzyme B cuts twice so all linear DNA pieces = 9.6 kpb. Please help on the explanation as to how these relate as linear pieces of DNA?

  • Mark Enzyme A cuts
  • Mark Enzyme B cuts
  • Try if enzyme B cuts from the other end
