Answer #1

The risk stratification of the person is moderate. The client has got a clean health history except for the LDL cholesterol level. LDL cholesterol is the low density lipoprotein also called as bad cholesterol. The normal range is less than 100 mg/dl. Here the person has 126mg/dl which is moderately high. So there is a little chance of getting heart attack due to block in arteries by cholesterol deposition. But he current diet and exercise can help him to reduce the risk.
