pretend you are the coordinator in a brand new home for late adults. How would you the home up, so that the residents are getting their physical needs met?what would the structure of the home be like?what kinds of activities would you implement,if any? what kinds of social interactions would you promote? what would you want to make sure to emphasize might some of your concerns be?

The home of late adults might need many things. People in late adulthood begin to decline in their life. Most of the people are retired or soon to b retired from their jobs. So, first, my concern would be to keep people busy in the new home. The more energetic people can be made sub-ordinates to manage activities. They all should have a routine to get their needs met. They should be active physically to be healthy. After that, they can have activities in the house that can be fruitful. People can do some creative work which can be used to raise fund for home. Social interactions have to be promoted among all the members. They have to be active in different things.
