Amino acids are least soluble at isoelectric point. Does this mean amino acids with Isoelectric point near pH of physiological fluids likely to crystallize in tissue?

Isoelectric point is when the amino acid is neutral and when isoelectric point is near the physiological pH(7.35) then ,yes it means that amino acids will be least soluble or likely to be crystallize in tissue .
