A) Numbering systems generally used in computers is binary numbering systems which is of two states either 0 or 1.Where 0 stands for low output or no output and 1 stands for high input. In microcontrollers generally Hexadecimal system (base 16) is used where in internally it is converted to binary system.

B) As the assembly language programs give output in the form of high or low output, Binary numbering systems are easy to understand the logic and it is also easy to convert hexadecimal into binary form compared to other forms
