Fatty acids are carboxylic acids with a long unbranched hydrocarbon chain. There are three main classes of fatty acids. Sort the following fatty acids into saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated categories.

 

Note: If one or more acids are incorrectly placed, a single red X will appear on the top left of the Saturated bin. This does not necessarily mean the acids placed in the Saturated bin are wrong, but that there is a mistake somewhere.
