As we know there are multiple codons for a single amino acid in many cases, however, I have used only one codon for each amino acid, so different people can have different mRNA sequence.

a)

old peptide: Phe- -Ser-Pro-Arg-Leu-Asn-Ala--Val--Lys old mRNA: UUUAGU-CCA-CGC-CUU-AAU-GCC-GUU-AAG deletion New peptide: Phe-V

b) From the figure, it is clear that 4th nucleotide "A" is being deleted and "G" is being inserted at the 15th position from the deleted nucleotide.
