Macula (static equilibrium) and Crista ampullaris (dynamic equilibrium) both contain many sensory hairs like cells which act like sensory receptors.

Membranous labyrinth is a functional part which can participate in sensations of static and dynamic equilibrium with the help of five vestibular apparatus, each of these contains a specialized mechanoreceptors.

Unique part for static equilibrium: utricle & saccule which present in vestibule (inner ear). It mainly involved to Detects vertical or Horizontal acceleration (move up down)

Unique part for Dynamic equilibrium: semicircular canals (inner ear). It detects rotational movement generally termed as spinning.
