The single key Product C is most likely to be inhibiting enzyme T

In the synthetic pathway the end products E and H has the check points for product C. When product C is accumulated the enzyme activity of U on substrate B to form C is affected (inhibited). Therefore the enzyme activity of T on substrate A is subsequently inhibited.
