Leadership may be the only attribute that affects the attitudes, emotions, and behavior of employees. How a company thinks and motivates employees depends on how employees see managers. Basically there are two leaders who are authoritarian and democratic. Authorized leaders tend to use force, threats, and privileges to ensure discipline and ensure efficiency. This type of leadership tends to affect employee morale and leadership. It can also cause hostility, promote aggressive behavior and cause a high level of discomfort and absence. On the other hand, democratic leadership includes delegation and consultation in the decision-making process. This type of leadership improves productivity by increasing employee motivation and satisfaction.
