The article "What Google Learned from Its Quest to Build the Perfect Team" is based on that nowadays teamwork is more important than ever as most of the work is efficiently performed in teamwork. Thus Google or any business cannot undermine the power of the strong teams and teamwork in the businesses. Thus, the project of Google analyzes why some team are better than other teams and thus it shows that the team's groups norms such as - traditions, behavioral standards and unwritten rules is very essential on how the team performs the jobs and duties.

If the team or group lets the individuals speak equally and with equal importance and also the team listens to every individual's say then members of the group feel comfortable, or safe, and thus is more willing to share and contribute with the team. Thus psychological safety increases the groups collective IQ and thus increases the effectiveness and productivity. Google also discovered that the communication and empathy can create a stable and an open environment for successful teamwork and achieving greater highs.
