Elements of project success :-
a) One of the key elements of project succession is getting a committed project sponsor. The project sponsor does all the activities and work and ensure the success of the project.
b) The project scope and clear goals would help a project to make it success. These can be managed with the help of software.
c) One of the main elements is to have a good project manager. The project manager plans and organize the resources and according to that manages the tasks.
d) To make the project successful, it is needed to have a dedicated project team members. They are much motivated to complete the project on time and within the budget.
Elements of project failure :-
a) Ons of the main elements of project failure is the lack of scope. Sometimes the project manager changes the scope of the project frequently which leads to have the failure.
b) Lack of communication is also a reason behind this as inconsistent communication leads to have a barrier.
c) If the project manager plans poorly then the project team may not get adequate resources to complete the project.
d) When the project managers fail to monitor the risks and uncertainties of the project, it then may lead to the failure.
