2. Patent / Copyright - any business or any unique service is given by a company has to be legally cross-checked that it has not been registered or used by any other company or already in an existence in the market and this is a crucial part where always law and businesses intersect.

3. Grievances - to solve the grievances every company has a legal team which is there to resolve the grievances of the company between the customer and the company or between the corporate.
