tobacco can damage our heart and blood vessels, actually the whole cardiovascular systems by increasing the risk of heart failure or strokes causes coronary heart diseases which can lead to heart attack. the major effects include: High blood pressure, blood clotting, low level of metabolism.
this suicidal substance is taken by the people by two ways, either by chewing tobacco or smoking tobacco. chewing tobacco is slightly less risky than smoking cigarettes. it can cause mouth cancer, bad breath , stained teeth or bone loss.
smkoing tobacco can accelerate your ageing process causing wrinkles can causing blackness on your lips. more and more tobacco causes damages to your lungs by scarring the tissues and lungs. Various lungs like emphysema, pneumonia, asthma, tuberculosis, COPD ( chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.)
i have my personal experience with this poison. i have a friend who is a tobacco addict. he used to be a chain smoker. he smoked a 2-3 cartons per day, he was losing his weight, diet and chest pain and mostly high beating rate. one day he wast unable to breathe and he had an anxiety attack and he was literally throwing himself to get one ciggarete, he then starting having headache. he was admitted in hospital for months because his lungs was almost damaged, after months of detoxification, his lungs are in condition to just survive, he is warned that even if he take one more cigeratte he will not be able to survive.
