Question: What are the experiences you have in the field of assessing the claims for a particular incident?

Ans: You can choose to answer the experience you have in the previous job that closely relates to the job that you have applied currently. Elaborate how you would apply your knowledge of the previous work experience in assessing the claims in the present situation. You can also elaborate on the previous experience and the achievements that you have accomplished.

Question: What have you done in the recent years to improve your knowledge in assessing the claims.

Ans: You can tell about the seminars that you have attended in the recent past, regarding improving your knowledge on the subject. You can disclose about the professional courses that you have completed from the registered institutions. This would make the potential employer feel that you have interest in learning more about your subject.

Then the other general questions like

  1. Tell me about yourself - Tell about your work experience, your academics and you family backgroud
  2. Why should we hire you - You can say that the opportunity provided, would be a platform to showcase you talent in the field
  3. Why did you leave your previous job - Tell the real reasons if any, else you could say to gain better exposure and gain knowledge in you core subject.
  4. What are you strengths and weaknesses -- Explain you positives such as you are a quick learner, would adapt to new environment easily, you are team player. While talking about your weakness, don't be blunt in saying bad about yourself. You could say something as polished as you are a workaholic.
