Q.1 Analyze and discuss the five key elements of successful change management.

Answer: Following are the key element which result is successful change management

  • Communication: Effective communication with employees will result in clear understanding on part of employees and will also help them to perform more significantly to the job.
  • Activity of sponsor: This helps to build strong relationship between employees and their managers as they come together to work on a projects where employees ideas are welcomed and accepted leading creating a sense of responsibility among them.
  • Manager's training: Change management training to managers is very essential as it helps managers to have great view so that they can lead their team properly.
  • Managing resistance: Managing resistance from employees to perform a particular activity will reduce employees dispute and reduce employees turnover rate as employees are satisfies with their job.
  • Recognizing: Rewarding and recognizing employees for their best performance will encourage employees to give their maximum potential to work.
  • Feedback: Managers must provide feedback to the employees on their performance so as to make necessary changes to enhance their performance.
