First of all I will tell him about the centre of gravity as-"it is a point on a body at which the whole mass is concentrated".
Then i will use the concept of centre of gravity to explain why person need good posture. Actually posture is not identify how you sit still. Off course sitting and standing without imbalance is helpful , but providing your body with normal stress of movement is equally important .
If the centre of gravity of body will be away from the body then after some time our body will fell some pain due to creep and poor posture..
