b. The ability of a firm to manufacture products at minimal or lower costs then that firm can realize that they are going to have a competitive advantage over firms in the market.
Question 2:
Answer: ISO 14000 is based on the standard of environmental management systems, whereas ISO 26000 is based on social responsibility guidance. The ISO 14000 requires third-party certification, while the ISO 26000 requires no third-party certification. ISO 14000 came before and the ISO 26000 is based on the practical and intellectual infrastructure of ISO 14000.
