In the absence of mutual trust, a strong association between the organization and employees will not be created. Apart from thins, reward and recognition are also important elements of this as by providing various rewards and recognition for the achievements of the manpower, the management can try to gain the greater commitment and improved performance of the manpower. Involvement of the manpower in decision making is also an integral part of having a competitive advantage though manpower

Answer 2:- Two forms of sexual harassment as per Title VII are as below:-

Quid pro quo means indicates this for other things. This is mainly when a person asks for the sexual favours in return to some benefits provided to the other person in the workplace. This kind of harassment is usually used by those who are in the powerful authority of the organization

Hostile work environment harassment:-This is the form of harassment which results in the action or words which results in the creation of the environment which can have the negative effect on the performance of the targeted individual having the motive of sexual favors.
