Some of the analytical technique for constructing the set of factor causes are as follows:

It is the decision making with that of the real data sets, intelligent scheduling system (ISS) that helps the project managers to check the optimum scheduling plan as per the project objective and constraints associated.

And the Simulation technique where the ISS would help to distribute the resources and also lead to assigning the priority level.

As the ISS integrates and scenarios and adjusts with that of the conditions which are needed for the effectiveness of the project.'
