Absolutely not. In humans, the gender traits are mostly influenced by biophysical processes. Males have the XY chromosome & females have XX chromosome. These sex chromosomes drives the difference b/w male & female. Testosterone is an important hormone in the development of the fetus because it influences the brain. The two crucial aspects in sexual differentiation are testosterone in brain & capability of brain cells to respond to the hormone.
