Dialogic organisational development is where changes take place every minute and these changes do not depend on any theory or hypothesis but are sudden and as per the situation. This method is very useful for organisations because they change as per the requirement and adapt to the change easily. It differs from diagnostic organisational development approach as it does not require any back but diagnostic approach requires a theory and backup to prove that a change is necessary to be made and hence the change is planned.
