Students who attend schools with diverse population and who study with children with diverse cultural background actually undergo better understanding of various cultures and how they operate in a society. They make better bonds in future and in present and are even good at their communication skills.They learn to get along with each other. They learn and grown in a multicultural and multi ethnic environment. For example, children or students who take multicultural classroom programs develop deep understanding of how different children from different cultures learn and solve problems and how well they interact. Sometimes, it is very fruitful to study with students from different backgrounds as it helps to foster some great communication skills and even enjoy this diversity. The tasks and learning seem interesting as everyone learn from each other and each one has some unique way of doing things. Another example can be they can actually learn to respect each other's feelings and how well they can manage to respect each others' tradition, values and even adapt to all of that change with positive outlook.
In my school, I also had friends from various cultural background. I still remember one friend from Madras who used to follow South Indian culture and I loved there food. She even used to invite me to their traditional festival celebration s and we used to have so much fun. We shared a good bond and still we are so close to each other that we still meet and even our families are connected to each other. She inspired me a lot to participate in cultural activities of school and feel blessed to have her that because of her motivation I am a confident girl now who can participate in any event without any fear.
