Basidiomycota :

(i). Septate hyphae.

(ii). Basidium - club-shaped reproductive structure that produces meiospores.

(iii). Sometimes from circle as fungus grow from initial point : "fairy ring".

Examples : club fungi, Amanita phalloides etc.

Ascomycota :

(i). Perforated Septate hyphae.

(ii). Ascus sac where meiospores are formed.

(iii). Lichens - mutualistic partnership between fungi and unicellular unicellular photosynthesizer like green alga or cyanobacteria.

Examples : Neurospora​​​​​​, Penicillium etc.
