• Hardware: Components of Hardware, system Hardware
• Data: there are two kind of Data, one is project data and another one is Project Metadata, project data creates documents for recommending solutions as required for problem solving project, where as Project metadata will be used for managing the project tasks or activities, various data like schedule data, budget data, tasks data, etc can be treated as Project metadata,
• Procedures: Collaboration Information system specify the procedures for the applicable system, to help with the work and functions of team, it creates policies, procedures, set of standard, tool and techniques, Etc,
• People: People or Human Resources are important asset for Collaboration Information system. People will working on Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, closing the project work or phases of project,

The primary requirements for the collaboration Information systems are as stated below:

• To build better and effective communication system: here, we can make synchronous communication and non synchronous communication, based on the need or requirements of communication, we can build such communication practices
• To manager various project activities or tasks: we can manage tasks using tools like Microsoft Share point and Google drive
