Pyruvate is produced by glycolysis in the cytoplasm, but pyruvate oxidation takes place in the mitochondrial matrix (in eukaryotes).

For option A,

Here A alpha-ketoglutrate in any step of kreb cycle gets converted into Succinate via succinylCO-A with the lose of reducing power NADH+H+ and it means succinate is a oxidised product losing H and transferring it's H+ to NAD+ and force to form NADH2.
