Case presented and to be analyzed -->

Genetic testing has revealed that Randy has  a genetic disorder that effected his chromosomes. He was originally misdiagnosed with autism spectrum disorder but further testing indicated this was not the correct diagnosis. He is 11 years old. His disorder affects his general cognitive function and visual-spatial skills. Despite specific language difficulties his teachers say he excesl in music and that he is socially outgoing but has occasionally expressed unfounded anxiety.

According to him best diagnosis  he need is a surrounding which help him very much . First we need to understand about his likes and dislike.what are the things that make him happy if he likes music others must support him and stand by his side

By doing things that he like to do we can slowly make him interest in whatever things he like and he will be happy for that
