Abortion is the process to end a pregnancy. And this is done by a licenced doctor. Abortion is also known as induced miscarriage or termination of pregnancy. Any kind of living organisms, even child in the womb of mother has the right to live in the world. Nobody has the right to stop anything from living. Government is also supporting this. But there are so many against this.
Firstly in 1966 National conference of catholic bishops asked Father James to observe what is happening in cases of abortion in United States. Later on so many studies and objections take place. Some ethical philosophers argue that right to live depends on conditions. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms says that " everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice " - section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
In Indian constitution Article 21 guarantee the right to life to all persons within the territory of India and states " No person shall be deprived of his right to life and personal liberty except according to procedure established by law". According to states or countries abortion law permits, prohibits, restricts or otherwise provides the availability of abortion. It is only limited by law. It is practising in many areas.
