Answer #1

I will work on following aspects to implement and manage such change:

  • Will check if I have sufficient manpower in my team to work on this change or do I need more
  • Will calibrate if my current team is competent enough to handle this change or do I need to hire externally or if can request few members from any other team in company. What other technical/ non technical competencies are required to deal with this change
  • Will check on how much this change will affect and in what all directions to my current work and my team’s. If it affects too much, then some other way would have to found out to implement this change, as daily over time or daily putting too much extra efforts won’t be possible.
