Answer #1

nanobodies are small recombinant proteins, it has the VHH domain, the VHH domain is a variable region of the heavy chain of the antibodies of the camels, there are disulfide linkages in the VHH domain.

so the answer is consists of a recombinant protein with the small VHH

scFv has the variable region of the heavy chain and a light chain linked via a disulphide bond.
