Write an response to the following individual

Employee motivation is a theory that holds strong relevance in today’s society. The modern workforce is aligned with leadership skills. Motivation is one of the most influential leadership skills in this environment. Employees lacking motivation are simply not going to be productive. In my search, articles on employee motivation and connected theories are widespread. The goal of motivation, from an organizational perspective, is to enhance productivity. Thus, there are creative ways to motivate employees and contribute to their success. The role of communication is vital. Employees must know why they are being motivated, what is expected of them, and how management is going to help them throughout the process. Organizations are offering both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards to support the employee. Above all, an employee shall find means of self-motivating, which is a theme discovered in my research. Through active communication, coordination, and collaboration, the organizational culture becomes one fulfilled by motivation.

Motivation has been used as a strategic tool by the managers to improve employee engagement, enhance sense of belongingness and level of dedication for the organisation and sincerity of  effort among employees. Greater engagement results in empowerment among employee who take ownership of their work and try to accomplish it in as better way as possible. This improves the quality of output and efficieny of work because employees take pans personally to ensure that the tasks are completed well on time and as per the specifications, resulting in higher quality that increases competitiveness.

There are a number of ways to motivate the employees, which include verbal praise to growth opportunities, monetary rewards to greater involvement in decision making and profit sharing among others. In my opinion, investing in employee happiness and keeping their morale high is essential for successful performances, because a happy employee can make good things, keep the customers happy and help the company achieve high standards of customer satisfaction, which is essential for competitive advantage.
