A paleo diet typically includes lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds — foods that in the past could be obtained by hunting and gathering.

The paleo diet is better than high carbohydrates and low-fat diet an many people experience weight loss and muscle growth while eating a Paleo diet. It has proved to  Improved metabolic processes and gut health. It has also an impact on sleep and stress management.  It provides sufficient Vitamin D and sufficient Omega-3/6 fatty acids. All this component have an effect on burning off stored body fat.
