Introduction - Nike found it hard to find a replacement for Philip Knight, the organization's founder and long-time CEO. This report is intended to explore possible styles of management and leadership in relation to the role of William Perez as Nike's new CEO. This report identifies the change management processes and guides Perez through organizational transformation processes so that he can fulfill his role as Nike's CEO. The topic highlights the importance of change and organizational growth. Issues addressed in this analysis include the organization's environment, different styles of management, company structure, organizational development processes, and future recommendations. The primary goal of Organizational Transformation is to help an organization, especially during change, become healthier and more effective. Not the internal or external HR or OD expert are the main custodians of organizational health; they are the members and managers of the company. Philip Knight used the structure of the Matrix. It draws together and incorporates the structural, spatial and product systems in an attempt to meet the needs of a particular activity or plan. Upon completion of this activity or project, the' team' is often disbanded and returned to its original position within the organization's divisional or other structures. Employees report the different tasks to different bosses in different departments.

Leadership Styles - Leadership plays an important role in the development of any organization. The leader's personality and leadership style can determine the extent of the organization's development. Perez needs to be visionary and be able to influence others to bring about the necessary change for Nike. The leader can either reduce change resistance, increase change pressure, or be a change pressure. Knight would have helped shape the organizational culture; based on experiences and temperament, he has his own influence on Nike's culture. Perez wants to provide workers with a sense of participation, inspire them by teamwork, and be willing to learn from the organization in order to make staff more effective. Analysis of different leadership styles will help improve understanding and recommend the style that Perez needs to adopt. Different styles of leadership include: Authoritarian, Participatory, Laissez fair, also known as Delegate or Genuine. Philip Knight's leadership style was mostly the true / laissez-fair leadership style. Throughout the years, many of the staff had grown by his side, he allowed his subordinates the right to make their own decisions, and Adidas proved that this was successful.
